I use the NYX Glitter Glue as a spotlight: Pat on a tiny dot, tap the loose shadow on it. ++
Another thing to try is mix the Glitter Glue with the loose shadow in a palette/container, then apply. I much prefer a proper eye primer all over

Powdering the lashes (close your eyes!) first, top and bottom BEFORE mascara ++
