Kose softymo oil works well and is fragrance-free which is great for my sensitive skin. +
I've heard many good things about Hada Labo cleansing oil too but have yet to try it myself.

Hada labo has a tube cleanser and I find it cleansing without striping. Clinique / cetaphil
Soaps clean well but are a tad stripping for me
