Jojoba oil on wet hair followed by a mix of noodle hear curl cream and got2b glued scrunched in. Air dry.

Try Schwarzkopf got2b spiking glue, it holds brows in place and is much cheaper, ++rop
After watching YTer post this and I had to try it out for myself, I posted a review on this if you want to check it out.
