I'm not sure because I don't have the Chante blur glow, but I do have the regular blur ++
and yes, it definitely makes whatever I'm wearing look more yellow and dark. This time of year, I have pretty much switched over to LM's new talc-fre

the rare beauty powder highlighters are very glass like and def show up. also love merit day glow.
