Do you rinse your face in the morning or wash? If not, I would use a micellar water wipe. Simple is a good brand to use. Most people here that are dry

No, if I need to clean up eyeshadow fallout I use a tiny bit of garnier micellar water on a q tip. +

When all else fails (but before Rx) my DH uses Neem oil ++
He also keeps several Theraneem products in rotation - esp. the lotion and shampoo. He also likes CeraVe cream, and Garnier Oat shampoo & condition

Armani High Precision Retouch is very similar, IMO--liquid, but it has a brush instead of a roller.+
so easily--I use Sephora's Pro Airbrush Concealer brush. It's my HG and has been for years. Lasts forever, too. I think it's worth it despite the $$$.
