They have the superb UVA filter Mexoryl XL (Drometrizoletrisiloxane). It's patented by L'Oreal and++

I like it. I use Garnier for waterproof makeup. I use it after washing, it picks up the leftover.

I use the Garnier with the pink cap. Personally, I don't use it to cleanse my face when I have +
makeup on. I use it in the morning in place of using a cleanser. That way I'm refreshing my face without using anything harsh or stripping.
