Dry skin and preferably moisturised skin. I use AA as my final skincare step as it makes me itch

PBI: Finacea was approved by FDA in 2002. I used Azelex +
in 1996. That was approved by FDA in 1995. Azelex is different though.

Yes I use Finacea but I use it over moisturiser. No problems that way.
