I would say look into lancome feel good skin tint or ysl all in one glow. I think they're ++
Comparable and light to medium coverage so kinda like a tinted moisturizer. For under eye concealer, I would suggest jouer. It's creamy and non-drying

Mine starts with skincare but I'll buff in MUFE HD stick with a kabuki brush+
Then use same brush to pat on shape tape concealer around eye area. I set my face with either the MUFE HD powder or the STELLAR haze power.
