I would say Uriage Bariesun Anti-dark spot spf50 or Eucerin Sun anti-shine gel creme spf50+
for very high protection. Both are FF. For less UV protection I have found that Cetaphil Pro oil control spf30 and Garnier Green Labs Pore Perfectin

Sephora is carrying a line called Skinfix which is especially for skin barrier issues. Eucerin ++
makes a great handcream with ceramides for skin barrier issues and I think they also have one for the face.

No. Also ss doesn't add up. Your moisturizer SPF22 or your fndt SPF21 is your only protection and ro
esp. because most likely you won't apply the recommended amount in order to get the listed SPF you won't get the listed SPF so only minimal protection
