Urea is an excellent humectant in % of less than 10%. More than 10% it's also gently exfoliating. ro
Eucerin has some good, gentle (unfragranced) Urea face- and body products.

I only use aquaphor on my lips or body. I use cerave healing balm under my eyes at night r/o
For all over my face I have used plain vaseline. Although I did see that Cetaphil has a new balm that looks nice. Eucerin has one too.
