I have dry, sensitive Rosacean skin and use Tret Cream 3 x a week. I like Eucerin Q10 Cream rop
and to add moisture I mix with a drop of Squalane Oil (TO) or PC Oil Booster. You might also consider cutting back to 3 x a week; it's still effective

until I was able to tolerate it 4 nights a week. It took me three months. I now use it 3-4 nights a week; also around my eyes and on my neck.
