you’re right- skincare makes a huge diff. The Neutrogena is prob too thin, try Eucerin Q10 cream++
or any bland, rich, soothing cream. Olay Regenerist will work. or actually I like another Olay cream better: Olay Age-Defying Classic Night Cream
