The Etude House Dr Mascara Fixer is about $5 and the BOMB!!++
Curl lashes (or not) apply the Fixer (it’s clear btw) to roots of lashes and then while it’s still wet (do one eye at at time) apply a coat of mascara

The Etude House ones (K brand on Amazon) are bomb. Plus their lip+
Stains work great as blush but gotta work more quickly since they dry down super fast. Both have incredible staying power btw and very affordable.
