I always use Etude House Dr Mascara Fixer wp topcoat and it now comes in black.++
This works with any mascara and I also use it as a base coat. I apply only to the roots of my lashes after curling and this keeps the curl all day.

Does a lash/brow glue exist?

It Cosmetics Superhero (NOT the wp version tho). But I HATE paying $25 for it because++
My first layer is always ALWAYS MAC Gigablack Lash. That TEENY WEENY tiny brush coats every lash with zero clumps and then I can go in with Superhero
