I have one that I LOVE--Essie Ooh La Lolly. I got a backup bottle I liked it so much!+
There's also a Maniology blue jelly stamping polish that I like and is pretty similar. It's called Ocean Depth. I have that whole set and I like them

I just got Essie Ballet Sneakers and it's so pretty. I think it might be LE but I found it on eBay.
The first coat is streaky but then it levels out.
