You could try Egyptian Magic. I have very difficult skin and I can use it occasionally.+
It does have olive oil and if I use it sparingly it will drying. So far no breakouts or irritation

I have been using Bee Magic which is the organic version of Egyptian Magic. So far in dry +
area my skin likes it. We are having some wind chill issues and my skin is dry. No issues. I don't use it every day though.
