I've been using this one from Ecotools+
I liked the EcoTools when I used it. It was firmer than Beauty Blender but not too hard.
These two Ecotools brushes do exactly what you want (at least for me)++
Not sure about "best," but this one is great and reasonably priced ++
Different brands have different textures, some new ones are more stain-like (Fenty) ++
a nice moist cream blush, with either just a whisper of a glowy/shimmery powder ++
I won't post the giant list I made of "most" of the cream blushes being released ++
beauty nostalgia is my favorite thing. Those super cheap round Jane blushes from rite-aid were
actually, most of the time I layer: Cream, then powder blush on top ++
ecotools has some nice ones, also the kit from Real Techniques ++
