Just looked at my bottle of Kristen Ess Fragrance Free shampoo, doesn't have sodium ++
chloride or any of the other ingredients I mentioned in my post below.

difference in my hair. I also have L'Oreal Professionnel Metal Detox. Neither is as harsh as Redken Cleansing cream, which overstrips my hair. I use

I second the rec for shades EQ! I tried the over the counter ones from L’Oréal and Kristin Ess and
They were good too, although they don’t come in as many shades. But it’s nice that you don’t need to buy a separate developer to use with them
