2nd, I do what works for me and leave what doesn't. I use sulfate free shampoos and conditioners++
with "lighter" silicones such as amodimethicone. I clarify with a sulfate shampoo every 2-3 weeks. Co-washing doesn't work for me. Nothing Devacurl ha

Don't brush hair. It will go poofy. Do you have a refreshing spray? DevaCurl makes Mister Right+
I have used that one. Less expensive options at Sally's. I make my own.
