So a few things. First, use more conditioner. Leave some in even+++
it will help with the wispy, dry part. If your hair is more moisturized it won't feel so wirey and that is just conditioner. When I had this problem

I had a deva cut and it the bottom layers are stramgly. I am going to new hardresser. I jusr want+
a coupe of inches out bottom layer only. Highights with glaxe *redken". Should be an improvement.
