Are you using a tinted sunscreen? You should ask your derm about HQ with a formal diagnosis
under a Wood's Lamp before trying out one of those online skin prescribers. Are you already using retinoids? Sometimes derms prescribe Tri-Luma for me

Try a color corrector first (orange or yellow depending on the color of your veins). Bobbi Brown
makes a decent one, but I know NYX and Elf offer well-priced options. After neutralizing the green or blue your dermablend should work better.
