P.S. BB Heather is matte and very similar but a little darker. Also CP SS Girl Crush (d/c) is rop

i typically use matte but only because i have hooded eyes and placing shimmer on the hood +
accentuates it and i dont want that. ie: the finish catches the light and brings that area forward. while using mid-tone and dark mattes absorb light
