Keep hunting for the right eye cream. I really agree about using an oil under the eye cream. I like DHC CoQ10 eye cream a lot, or their Concentrated

I totally appreciate oil cleansing followed up by micellar water, often doing this myself ++
but I’ve always stuck to Nutiva hemp seed oil (organic, raw & cold-pressed), or Trader Joe’s jojoba oil, or DHC deep cleansing oil, or TO plant-derive

I swear by Pond's cold cream, which I suppose falls into the balm category. For oil ++
I've used two different ones from DHC and liked them quite a lot, especially how they rinse right off with just water. Still, Pond's is the king.
