Curlsmith has a Weightless Air Dry Cream that sounds right up your alley. It's on my list++
I have a ton of my stand by (AG Recoil Curl Activator) which is great for curl definition but a gel will help with frizz control. I like good old LA

Looks like a simple curl cream on well conditioned hair. I would add a touch of gel before drying++
