Same as kate below I used to straighten my hair but stopped years ago only doing so only ++
when my stylist does it for me. My hair is below shoulder blades and has long layers to prevent the dreaded triangle look and not have my curls look

Whether or not you bring in direct arm work depends on your current training level, natural structure (long arms, etc.), and what your goals are.

I have a Dyson and an Elchim and if I had to pick one I would go with the Elchim +
I mostly diffuse my hair and the Dyson diffuser is nice but so small. I’m sure it works well for shorter curls but my hair is shoulder length and it’s
