I use Kerastase Nectar Thermique during blow drying- do I need to use a spray heat+
protectant if I use a curling rod, afterwards. The NT doesn’t allow the curls to hold, well. Would Tresemme protecter help? TIA

I would definitely not try without doing a moisture treatment first & perhaps get a fresh bottle+++
heat protectant before you try to straighten again. My hair is really fine and if I round brush smooth it looks alot healthier than if I try to flat

MU depends on the look I'm doing. Can be 15 minutes or 45. Hair takes 5 mins to do and 60 to dry ro

You can use a clip wand as a wand, just leave it closed.I do this for looser curls and it works same
