Not a cream per se but the Colourpop Super Shock e/s formula is the bomb++
Plus there’s every possible finish and so many gorgeous one and done shades. Easy to apply with fingers or a synthetic brush. My long time HG is P

like the peachy ones like Sweet Talk and Yes Please
