I agree that ColourPop is another great option. Though it's more expensive to get singles ++
for a custom palette, that way you get just the shades you like. CP has lots of unique shades; one that's popular that I have that is not bright is Gl

Colourpop is prob a good place to start looking +
reasonable prices but watch out for pans of pressed glitter in some of the palettes (unless you specifically want glitter)
