My hair gets caught between the plates of my straightener all the time (Chi straightener). ++

For me, yes. I like the color options better, I can mix 10/20 developers (I think++
Using all 20 is more damaging), and I like being able to use a little at a time if I’m just touching up my roots. I was getting my color done at a Bum

Check Sally's. I use Age Beautiful, Chi, and Ion. They have lots of semi, demi & perm options++
You have to buy the developer separately but they have lots of colors and are pretty easy to use. I was going to the salon every month when my stylist
