I use unscented body wash as hand soap. Some brands that I like are r/o

if you really mean moisture vs hydration, the japanese Curel Intensive Moisture Cream is lovely. but
there are honestly so many good thick barrier supporting creams at this point it's one of the easiest things to find. Cetaphil is always a good choice
