I have the exact same issue, so I've been using the Infallible Pro-Matte which looks almost ++
as good but doesn't cause any problems for me. I can also recommend Catrice HD, it's my d/s HG

My lips need constant moisture. Creamy ls are not enough as they tend to just sit on the flake+

Differin moisturizer is not too bad and there’s a bunch of +++
other one with minimalist ingredient lists (less likely to be problematic and easier to narrow down culprits) like Vanicream, Cerave, La Roche Posay T
