Triluma/ hydroquinone but you have to cycle it. Plus really good sunscreen, vitamin c, Azelaic acid,
Kojic acid, arbutin, tranexamic acid, glycolic acid peels, tretinoin or tazarotene.. but they are all weaker than hydroquinone. Just keep in mind that
