Nothing will help unless he is willing to commit to daily use of good ss and hats. In fact+

Ditto that you don’t need specific eye cream but...
having said that I use one! Regular moisturizer tends to migrate up into my eyes or something, it’s weird. I’m really liking the Cosrx Snail eye cream

I got the Cosrx oil free moisture gel and I really like it. My skin is sensitive,r/o
but not reactive and I cannot FEEL this on my face like most moisturizers.
