I'd look at Cosrx. the good morning gel cleanser and+
maybe try the Low ph BHA overnight mask? and some master pimple patches for any large pimples. she's so young I wouldn't overload her skin.

I haven't had flaky skin since I started using Cosrx +
oil-free moisturizing lotion. and if I"m extra dry I will mix with a couple of drops of watermelon seed oil.

I’m in the same boat, it’s a pain but definitely workable. Of course it depends on your triggers
But I use Cosrx 96 Snail essence, 100% HA from Elizavecca, Diprobase emollient cream (to seal it all in) and various oils depending on my skins needs.
