I would start her on CeraVe Foaming cleanser and they have several moisturizers. ++
Also for acne spots I would rec a mild bha/aha product. Cosrx has some really great products. Also Persagel , stridex pads, acne dots would be helpful

They're kind of apples and oranges. The PC is a BHA only whereas the Ren is lactic acid based (AHA)+
with a bit of willow bark (BHA) thrown in. The Ren also has fragrance and citrus oils so personally I wouldn't use it. If you are looking for a BHA, P
