Cosrx has a few products with Bha. Bha blackhead power liquid, their ASol essence and emulsion.
My daughter with sensitive reactive skin has used all three with no problems. I use them myself.

which of the bha were you using? I found the PC Resist very gentle. Alternatively+
there's the Cosrx Black power liquid which i also don't find drying.

Can't really tell. Could be milia, sebaceous hyperplasia, or just deep closed comedones+
that are non-inflammatory. You could try something to exfoliate like AHAs, BHA, retinoids, azelaic acid. If they are milia or just non-inflammatory

I use the Cosrx snail 96 mucin and add a few drops of Elizavecca 100% HA serum to it.

I haven't tried either but they are both fairly well liked here. The Mizon has alcohol fairly high+
up in the ingredient list so might not be the best if you're sensitive to alcohol/find it drying. I see a lot of people on here that like the CosRx.
