I used to bite the hard edges and hang nails and what helped me was +
1) To start using a CND cuticle remover every 1-2 weeks. Gets rid of tempting hard bits around the nails (skin toughens up from the repeated biting) a

I swear by this combo-moisturize bare nails with cnd solar oil then use Nailtiques 2+ as a
treatment & base coat. Keep them short until they get stronger.
