Maybe switch up basecoat/topcoat combo+
I’ve had success combining Cirque with CND Sticky (bc) and Speedy (tc), Seche Vite, and Essie bc and Essie gel setter tc.

I have never gotten polish stains with CND Stickey, but the base coat itself stains my nails a ++
light blue. Just can’t win.

I push mine back only immediately after showering. I use either CND or Sally Hansen ++
cuticle remover occasionally and Poshe AHA Cuticle cream at night. I also use Qtica Cuticle balm when they're particularly dry.
