a treatment like Nailtiques. I don't notice a discernible difference between regular nail polish and gel-like nail polish in terms of wear-time. But

I always use base coat. Makes the polish last longer, prevents staining and I use a ridge +
filling one for my manicure. CND Stickey for my pedicure, Bridge The Ridge or Barielle hydrating ridge filler for my manicure.
