I tried the L+A primer but it was too pink and dry on my lids. They only have 1 shade at ++
my BlueMercury. I'm NC15-20 and it is straight up pink on me. The undereye brightener comes in 2 shades - pink and peach.

Yes! Several were back in stock. And several retailers carry Surratt. You may be able to get a +++
good price elsewhere--Bluemercury, Net A Porter, and others. They're well worth (and I almost never use powder blush--I use cream most of the time).
