There is also a Sally Hansen product that is favored on the board. Most of these types of removers rely on potassium hydroxide to soften the cuticle.

iI use both Blue Cross and also SH blue gel cuticle remover and use an orange stick. I do this 1x+
a week. I try to do CDN cuticle cream every day and also their Solar oil every day. I LOVE Zoya naked line...check it out...
