You could try Aveda Botanical Repair or Biolage Fiberstrong +
You might want to take a blended hair supplement with B5 (panthenol) and biotin as well. Sorry you are dealing with this.

I have fine curly / wavy hair too. I find that a leave in conditioner on mid shaft to ends helps ++
with that poofy undefined thing on the ends. Some options for that for me are: (I hate all but this product from Curlsmith like you...it has all suck

I may have been the one rec'd the blue gel, but alot of us wavies and curlies like it+++
