Can't you just raise the head of your bed with blocks to avoid reflux? You can really screw up more+
than just your neck by sleeping in a chair all the time. If you still insist you need to sleep in a chair, look at something like the travel pillow

I put 6 inch blocks of wood under the feet of the head of the bed.
So I sleep at an incline.
