I am nw20 and have EVERY issue you just listed....exactly. Here is what I have learned++

There's no way to know, but a lot of people with cheek filler tend to get these little shelves at
the tops of their cheeks. It's the place where the volume changes. Could be natural aging (fat pads under eyes slipping down), but it's hard to say.
