My issue is painting the first coat and letting it dry +

What are the CND Vinylux polishes like? Do they wear well? I used to have some of the old formula+
CNDs and they would never ever fully dry on me. Still dentable days later. I'm curious how this new formula performs. They say no base coat is need

My impression is that only the new top coat and base coat would have new caps +
I wouldn’t expect others to be changed. Else they would have made an up front announcement on the fan group like when they changed the logo.
