I have never gotten polish stains with CND Stickey, but the base coat itself stains my nails a ++
light blue. Just can’t win.

I think vertical ridges are usually caused by aging. To keep from splitting I’d keep at least++
a clear coat of polish on them and try to avoid drying them out. You could buff the ridges but that would probably weaken them so try a ridge fillin
