It has Safflower Seed Oil & Shea Butter. It doesn't cause breakouts or rosacea flares for me & is ultra-hydrating and calming. It was under €4.

I'd think so. All my go-to favourites are higher end and I can't remember +
when I even wanted to repurchase any drug store hair cosmetics because as affordable and easy to find they are - they end up disappointing me when it
