I would remove the mirror from the frame and then spray paint the frame with+
Rustoleum Hammered paint in Antique Pewter. I would then let it dry and then lightly sponge on or stipple darker pewter, dark gray or black paint.

I think Rustoleum has a Hammered effects line +
that might get you really close to the look of the RH frame. You could take a black paint pen or marker for the lines/grooves.
