It’s lavender, but definitely gives a glow, almost like you’ve pre-lightened your high points.

What primer to use with Becca Ultimate Coverage 24 Hour Foundation?
I have dry skin and I dont really know if I need a water based primer or silicone with this formula

I just picked up the Becca Aqua Luminous at Marshall's, so probably that. Since this one ++
is now "old," probably not the same one.
