I have been using Differin since 2017. Years before that I used Avene Eulage (with retinaldehyde) +
and Diacneal.The Avene was reformulated. Differin works well for me.

2nd this; also Clinique DDM Cream. But I always mix/layer with a drop of facial oil for my very dry+
skin. PC Clinical Ultra-Rich Moisturizer, Avene Xeracalm Balm or LRP Lipikar Baume are nice rich moisturizers as well.
